Police will continue to investigate after a bomb scare in Belmont on Sunday morning.
A member of the public found a suspect device on Grove road just after nine yesterday morning.
Police were called to the scene, with walking tracks nearby closed by police as a precaution.

According to police there were no injuries, with the bomb response unit attended and deemed the area safe.
Police later gave the area the all clear.
