Fire crews were called to a grass fire in St Leonards just hours after first bringing it under control.
An advice warning was put in place as firefighters were on scene and smoke was visible in the area.
Firies were first called to the 20×50 metre blaze on the intersection of Harvey Road and Ibbotson Street just before 11am.

The scene was deemed safe by 12.30pm, but crews were called back alongside police around 2.15pm to reports of reignition.
Aircraft support was called in, with the blaze now deemed under control.
The cause of the fire will be investigated.
