Police are renewing calls for the public’s help following a serious assault at the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, which left the victim badly injured with stab wounds.
It’s understood the alleged offenders approached the victim in the centre carpark at around 2:30 a.m. on Monday, September 16, last year.
The 24-year-old man was then allegedly stabbed and left with serious injuries to his upper body and head.
The offenders are described as in their late teens to early twenties, Caucasian, around 180 cm tall with thin to average builds.
Investigators have released fresh images of an early model silver Toyota Kluger that was seen at the scene before the assault.
