Locals will have access to a series of support services at the upcoming housing information fair at Corio library.
The event – held at the end of March – will allow locals to speak to support services about concerns with housing.
Groups including Tenants Victoria and the Barwon Community Legal Service will be included in the event.
Geelong Regional Libraries CEO Vanessa Schernickau said it was an important event for many lcoals.
“The Housing Information Fair is an important event in these challenging times and a way for our
community to connect with essential housing services in one accessible, welcoming space,” she said.
“Geelong Regional Libraries, together with our valued partners, is committed to supporting
equitable access to vital resources and information to all, including the most vulnerable in our
community.”
