The former site of Lorne’s iconic Falls Festival nestled in the Otways has been listed for sale.

Owners of the 170 acre property off Erskine Falls Road have decided to sell the site that used to host around 15,000 people for the annual New Year celebration.

Falls hasn’t been held at the traditional Lorne venue in full since 2018, after first holding the festival there in 1993.
