Geelong and surf coast locals are being urged to make submissions to an inquiry into the challenges facing Ambulance Victoria.
The Legislative Council will hold the inquiry into issues such as working conditions and practices.
The state’s ambulance union have regularly posted images and videos of ramping at Geelong hospital.
Committee Chair Trung Luu said it was essential to identify issues and fixes for thew ambulance system in the state.
“The main focus of this inquiry will be on working conditions for paramedics and other employees and how that impacts patient care, and on the internal operating practices of Ambulance Victoria,” he said.
“We want to hear from Victorians with experiences with Ambulance Victoria, including employees and patients/”
