Police have released CCTV footage as they continue to investigate a fatal hit and run in Norlane.
A 31-year-old man was killed on December 11 last year after he was hit by a ute while riding an E-scooter.
“Despite the best effort of emergency services, the Norlane man died at the scene,” police said in a statement.

“Police have since seized a ute believed to have been involved in the collision and are working to identify who was driving the vehicle.
“The registered owner of the black 2007 Holden Rodeo has spoken with detectives and is not believed to have been in possession of the vehicle at the time of the incident.”
Police have called for anyone with further footage or information to contact police.
