More train services are headed to the Geelong region.
The state government set to announce four extra weekend services between Warrnambool and Melbourne, starting from April 14.
The new services will see an additional two trains run through to Waurn Ponds every morning.

Our local line one of many regional areas set to see an increase in weekend services.
A total of 50 new or extended weekend services set to be announced across our region, Ararat, Ballarat, and Bendigo.
The government says this means 150 of the 200 additional weekend services promised in the 2022 election will be up and running.
