A man accused of being behind the “Pam the Bird” graffiti campaign is due to find out today if he will receive bail.
The 21-year-old is facing almost 60 charges, including criminal damage and burglary, after allegedly painting the cartoon figures in areas of Melbourne and the silo in Geelong’s CBD.
The damage bill from the alleged offending is believed to be more than $100,000.

He is also accused of stealing cars in Torquay, and assaulting a worker in Melbourne.
Police told the court they were worried the man would keep causing chaos if released on bail.
A magistrate is due to hand down her decision today.
