A person has been taken to hospital in Lorne after a near drowning yesterday.
The person was removed from the waters near the St George River just before 3pm, with two inflatable rescue boats used.
Volunteers from the Lorne Surf Lifesaving Club were also involved in the rescue.

The person was treated by Ambulance Victoria before being transported to hospital.
