She added the centre would be a walk-in service.

Liberal Lalor candidate Mira D’Silva has committed 40 thousand dollars to security at the Swaminarayan Temple in Tarneit.
She says the funding will deliver CCTV cameras under the Safer Communities Fund.
It follows an announcement earlier in the week that the coalition would fund nine new CCTV camera on Pakington Street.
