A man has gone missing in the water near Lorne.
Emergency services were called to the area near Separation Creek yesterday afternoon, the search continuing today.
It is understood the man was fishing around, witnesses say the man got into some trouble in the surf around 2pm.

They tried to save the fisher, but lost sight of him.
