Police are calling on public assistance in finding missing man Morgan.
The 51-year-old was last seen on September 9 in Belmont.
Police say he was wearing a black jacket, black tracksuit pants, a dark colour cap, and had a skateboard.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
It’s believed he may have travelled to Footscray.
