Traffic has been crawling on the Geelong Ring Road throughout Thursday morning, after a truck burst into flames in Lara.
Emergency crews were called to the incident heading Melbourne-bound around 8.30am, finding the cabin fully engulfed with fire.
The scene was controlled within 15 minutes, but traffic continues to move slowly through the area, with motorists urged to avoid the road.

Crews remain on scene to remove the truck.
