Wallet returned, without cash

A wallet dropped at the Anglesea Shopping Strip have been returned to its owner, without cash.

Police have been told the wallet was dropped around 1:30pm on Thursday November 7, and it is believed it was picked up a short time later.

It happened in the car park along the Great Ocean Road.

It was found in the owner’s letter box without the money the following day.

Local police have released an image of a woman who might be able to assist with their investigation.
