A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a crash involving two trucks on Melbourne’s Westgate Freeway
It’s believed a Werribee motorcyclist was attempting to lane filter near the Williamstown Road exit between two trucks when the collision occurred on Thursday afternoon, leaving the 24-year-old rider with life-threatening injuries.
Of the two trucks involved, one stopped at the scene whilst one did not.
The incident caused major traffic disruptions lasting several hours.
The driver of the second truck was last seen travelling westbound on the freeway.
