NEWCOMB has announced Senior Coach Mitch Troy will step down from the role immediately, after just 10 games in charge of the Power.
Troy arrived at Newcomb shortly after the end of last season, following seven years in development and assistant coaching roles at South Barwon.
Newcomb’s had a shaky season in the BFNL to date winning just one match, and is coming off a 32-point loss to Ocean Grove last weekend.

Tony Mirabella will be taking over as interim coach.
The Power take on Anglesea at Ellimatta Reserve for their Round 11 clash.
