Geelong’s best season in the AFLW has been made sweeter, with three Cats stars named in the AFLW All-Australian team.
Young gun Georgie Prespakis was named in the midfield, with two-time best and fairest Amy McDonald on the interchange, forward Chloe Scheer also named.
It’s the first selection in the side for Prespakis following her debut season earlier this year.
The 19-year-old was also named in the final 22under22 team for the second time, alongside teammates Nina Morrison and Annabel Johnson.
Scheer was rewarded for leading the Cats goalkicking this season, booting 13 goals.
