Geelong young gun Tanner Bruhn will remain in the Hoops until the end of 2027 after signing a two-year contract extension.

Already contracted until the end of next year after arriving at the club ahead of the 2023 season from the GWS Giants, Bruhn has been a shining light in the Cats’ midfield.

“We are thrilled for Tanner to extend for a further two seasons with us and have him committed to the Club until at least the end of 2027,” Geelong football boss Andrew Mackie said.

“Tanner has a bright future and we are excited to see him grow alongside our group of emerging young players.”

A product of local club Newtown & Chilwell, Bruhn joined the Giants from the Geelong Falcons with pick 12 in the 2020 National Draft.

He is averaging career-high disposals (18.45), tackles (4.6), clearances (5.5) and score involvements (4.1) in 2024.
