Shannon Neale has put pen to paper on a three-year deal, while Jeremy Cameron and Ollie Henry have signed two-year contracts as Geelong starts shaping its list for 2026 and beyond.
After Brad Close was locked away for a further three years last week, Cats fans can expect a stable forward line for the next few years.
“We’re really thrilled Jeremy, Ollie and Shannon are extending their stays at the club; all three guys are an important part of our team and are quality Geelong people off-field as well,” football boss Andrew Mackie said.
“All three are fantastic players in their own right. However, importantly, are also committed to team success and working cohesively as part of our forward structure.
“Jeremy has been a significant addition since joining our club four years ago and still has plenty of great football ahead of him.
“While we also look forward to seeing Ollie and Shannon continue to develop their games and are excited by what they have already shown they are capable of.”
Neale, 22, who played his 21st career game in the Round 1 win over Fremantle, will remain in the Hoops until at least the end of 2028.
The West Australian played a career-high 15 games and kicked 23 goals last year, making the most of his opportunity following a late-season injury suffered by the now-retired Tom Hawkins.
Neale was the Cats’ second pick (No.33 overall) in the 2020 National Draft, making his debut in Round 11, 2022.
Cameron joined Geelong from the GWS Giants ahead of the 2021 season.
After 427 goals in 171 games for the AFL’s youngest club, the 31-year-old has kicked 225 majors in 84 appearances in the Hoops, including four in the win over the Dockers.
A product of St Joseph’s College and local club St Mary’s, Henry was drafted by Collingwood in 2020, playing 25 games for 28 goals at the Magpies.
The 22-year-old was traded to Geelong at the end of 2022. He kicked 41 goals in 2023 and 37 last year before opening his 2025 account with three goals against Fremantle.
The re-signing of Neale, Cameron and Henry brings to the number of Cats that are out-of-contract at the end of this year down to 19.
Among those the club is keen to lock away are Rising Star Ollie Dempsey, big man Sam De Koning, young defender Connor O’Sullivan, midfielder Mitch Knevitt and luckless ruck Toby Conway.
