Tallulah Willis has revealed her autism diagnosis for the first time in a candid Instagram post.
Sharing a throwback photo of herself as a child gently touching her father Bruce Willis’ face during an interview, she quipped, “tell me your autistic without telling me your autistic 😂.”
Amidst surprised comments from fans, Willis disclosed that she had only recently learned about her diagnosis, calling it a life-altering experience. “Actually, this is the first time I’ve ever publicly shared my diagnosis. Found out this summer and it’s changed my life,” she added.
While autism typically surfaces signs in children between 2 and 3 years old, the journey is different for everyone. Many adults, like Willis, may go undiagnosed for years due to the diverse spectrum of autism, making diagnosis more challenging.
